At Tee Lab Designs, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll make it right! You can choose between:
- A full refund
- A replacement item at no additional cost
Please contact our support team at using the form below, with your order number and photos of the issue to begin the process. We use third party printers and it can take a day or two to resolve.
Exclusions
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or order errors.
- Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Would you like any modifications, such as adding a return address or more details on processing times?
You may cancel or request changes to your order (size, design, shipping address, etc.) within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Lost or Missing Items
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly ship the missing item.
- Lost Packages: If the tracking shows delivery, but you did not receive the package, please contact your carrier for assistance. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Shipping Issues
- Invalid Addresses: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
- Valid Address Issues: If the package fails to deliver due to a courier issue and the address provided is correct, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the defective item is returned and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
