At Tee Lab Designs, we value your satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the merchandise is defective. Below is our detailed policy:


Defective Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a refund. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us
    Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form below.
  2. Provide Proof
    After we receive your request, we might need a clear photo of the defective item, and a description of the issue in your email.
  3. Resolution
    Once we verify the defect, we will:
    • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered.
  • Personal preference changes (e.g., color or design choice).
  • Items without defects.
    Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may cancel or request changes to your order (size, design, shipping address, etc.) within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.


Lost or Missing Items

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly ship the missing item.
  • Lost Packages: If the tracking shows delivery, but you did not receive the package, please contact your carrier for assistance. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Shipping Issues

  • Invalid Addresses: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
  • Valid Address Issues: If the package fails to deliver due to a courier issue and the address provided is correct, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once the defective item is returned and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
